Thomas J. Stalikas is the Broker/Owner of Ocean Crest Realty Group, Inc founded in Lauderdale By The Sea, Florida, a quaint seaside community east of Fort Lauderdale between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean.
Tom was born in New York City in 1952 during the peak of the baby boom. He attended George Washington High School before enlisting in the Armed Forces during the height of the Vietnam War. He served two tours of active duty receiving numerous awards and an honorable discharge in 1979.
Tom began selling real estate part time towards the end of his military service while stationed in Columbus, Ohio. Working for a small local builder, it wasn't long before he was involved with designing floor plans, putting together specifications for both standard and custom home features and the overall look of the exterior of the homes and communities. He quickly became a top producer prompting him to leave the service and actively pursue real estate full time.
He joined on with US Homes, a nationally recognized home builder. It was here that he became a national top producer for the firm winning numerous awards and honors and was asked to train and motivate other sales consultants. Over the years, Tom has been a licensed real estate agent in California, Ohio and Texas. He also obtained a Mortgage Broker license which works hand-in-hand with real estate and maximizes the service provided to customers.
After many years in real estate, Tom moved his family to Tampa, Florida and has been licensed as a Florida Real Estate Broker since 1988. It is here that he utilized his many years of experience working for nationally recognized builders and began home development projects of his own. Before crossing the state and settling in Southeast Florida, he built numerous custom homes ranging in size from 2,400 sqft to over 6000 sqft in Brandon, Florida.
As the broker of the firm, Tom specializes in the buying and selling of luxury homes, estates and condominiums throughout Southeast Florida including Miami, Brickell and the Biscayne Blvd corridor, Miami Beach, both South Beach and North Beach, Surfside, Bal Harbor, Golden Beach, Aventura, Hallandale Beach, Hollywood and Hollywood Beach, Dania Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Lauderdale By The Sea, Wilton Manors, Pompano Beach, Lighthouse Point, Hillsboro Beach, Deerfield Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, West Palm Beach and Palm Beach.
