Seth Gordon, is a young experienced licensed Realtor. Born in Las Vegas, Nevada, and later moved to Southeast Florida as a young child. After graduating from Spanish River High School in Boca Raton, FL. He immediately enrolled in Gold Coast School of Real Estate in the Summer of 2001 with big plans to become a top seller in the South Florida region. Being that he was very familiar with all of South Florida and loved all that it has to offer, he began working in Real Estate as a licensed Real Estate assistant. Learning from top sellers within his community. He later began working as a buyer's agent for Carson Realty Group in Miami in 2004. Seth began to branch out on his own as an investor, buying and selling condo's and town homes in the Boca Raton area. Seth has been working with Ocean Crest Realty Group since the Summer of 2008.

Giorgio Ortiz, an experienced licensed Realtor, initiated his experience as a hospitality manager/innkeeper, a people person, performed and managed extensive remodeling and restoration of homes, experienced in deadlines and costs, prior to becoming a realtor. Fluent in both Spanish and English, he has been a resident of South Florida since 2003. Mr. Ortiz has lived in various parts of the United States, South America and Australia before locating to South Florida.

Giorgio is a graduate of Gold Coast School of Real Estate, currently working on obtaining his CRS & GRI certifications and becoming E-Pro certified.
